It's a Titan 2 phone. Is there a way to use Zune or another program to store the ring tones for each contact and then restore them after a hard reset? red lumps appear
There is currently no way to do a full save/restore of your device. That said, it's worth nothing that anything you sync with your Windows Live account will, of course, remain in the cloud and could easily be synced back to a new phone.
