Is there a hack to stop the system from sending me messages saying my message sent?

I may be wrong but it sounds to me like you are getting a "Delivery Notification".

If so, under your SMS Settings there is a box to check/uncheck for them.

    If not, Im totally lost....

    Cab file message was unsuccessful

so I downloaded the Q-Hack cab file. When I click on it to activate it, I get the little install bar and then a message that says Installation of Q-Hack NoSentSMSMsg.cab was unsuccessful.

So I tried editing of the registry. I am using Resco Registry Editor (thanks for the recommendation whomever!). Through the registry editor I followed this path:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    Software
    Microsoft
    Inbox
    Settings

Then I added a string value and named it. I didn't know how to make a value of 1 so right after the string I put (1) and hoped that would work.

    Well, it didn't.

What next? I am not very technical so some of this must be spelled out a bit more.

once you make the string you have to open that. then you will see the Value Data box. Thats where you place the "1".
