So my boss got an HTC Trophy, and likes the HTC Hub has his main screen so I have 2 questions.

    1. How do you keep the HTC Hub the main page when hitting the 'windows' button?
    2. How do you change the apps at under the date and time? He wants phone, and mail and others rather than whats there.

    Is any of that possible?

    Thanks!!

    1. You can't. The windows button is the "home" button. Similar to Android or iOS, it will revert back to the start screen. The HTC hub is an app, so therefore, pressing the "home" button will always take you back to the start screen. The best you can do is bring the HTC hub to the top of the start screen (that's how I have mine) by holding down the tile and dragging it to any position you want. You can do this for any tiles.

    2. The apps under the date and time are featured HTC apps that links to the Marketplace. They are not used for shorcuts for installed apps.

I didn't find the HTC Hub that useful when I tested the Arrive. Weather, clock? Did I miss something?

    How is the Trophy hardware?

I think he just likes the weather and clock on the main page vs the blocks

Seems pretty snappy from the little I used it. I think he saw Windows Phone and said yea its just like what I used to have, I am unsure if he will be happy with it or not yet.

I don't think anyone who has bought a WP7 thinks "it's like what I used to have". They either thinks it's a definite improvement (in terms of UI) from WM or a step backwards (in terms of missing features).

Well, this is my boss, and he does not research a damn thing and did this without me knowing, so he gets what he gets I guess. Now I get to support, 1 WP7, 1 iPhone, 2 Blackberry's, and 3 Android phones....
