there may be... i know for example Resco Explorer has a recycle bin, but files deleted before install of Resco are still gone.

was it ever cncluded that they were saved in \windows\messaging? or was that just the header info?

carrier should be able to get them from their system, see it on dateline and such all the time

Probably not without a lot of arm twisting. I know Sprint will not transfer your numbers or pictures over to another phone. Can't imagine that they would try and recover your text messages for you.

But given the alternative I guess it's worth a try. Let us know if your carrier does it for you, please.

When my boyfriend died, I cried so much my cell phone got wet and died too. Sprint transferred the pictures I had on him in my phone over to my new phone for me. She said she wasn't supposed to but considering I was almost hysterical at the thought of losing those pictures she did transfer them.

I hate playing this card deliberately put try the damsel in distress. Tears might help too.

that i must say (well, not must..) was a very very nice thing to do by Sprint.. it's good that some employees of large -often un-personal- companies still show that they are human like us..

if he is doing what you think, chances are he will slip up and forget something. Most guys forget minor details that women spot quickly.

there are several monitoring softwares for pc that will log and display everything/everyware the user has done without their knowledge.

guess it boils down to how bad do you really want to know. I feel for you

You could do what they seem to talk alot about on the radio these days - (assuming your hubby also does his cheatin' via MySpace, Facebook, etc.) create a fake profile to flirt with him, see if he takes the bait, then set him up for a f2f and bust him. If he's cheatin' monogamously (that's an oxymoron), then it may be more difficult, but like mike said, he'll probably slip up. Good luck to you . . .

yikes chrissy leigh, I hate to hear stuff like this.
Couple of things, agrees with mike...there is always some kind of proof.
Intercepting voicemail, has found to be helpful.
Its a temporary fix but hiding the cell phone and toying around with it.
Talking to mutual friends, this is usually really good especially if they like you. Otherwise, it doesnt work so good.

odds are he will be very protective of cellphone, ir possibly have a pre-paid one stased somplace.

can call carrier and pretend you forgot your(his) voice mail password. Find out what his email account is and set it up on your Q.
