    How to personalize a fw?

The idea is, take a firm and change the region settings and also the keyboard, then flash it directly and corrected to the phone. EZXCodec can extract the CG's, but, what is needed to edit this settings? an HEX editor? Wich CG is the container of this information? I'm totally noob on this and reading posts can't find anything. Thanks in advance.

    Aclarations

XD. When you connect your mobile to your PC via Motorola Software Update (MSU), it downloads a .sbf file to your folder Firmware into Progam Files/Motorola... etc... this .sbf file (SHIP_NORMAN... etc) is the Firmware for your phone, inside this there are containers (CG files), for example the CG33 files (the largest) is the OS (WinMo 6.x)

    Fantastic

Really? I will be so pleased if you tell me how to cook my own rom, thanks. In other forums I've read that no other than motorola has cooked a rom successfully for the Q 9h... I will try.
