How to create a transparent lockscreen

    Things that are required for this to work:
    • Recommended size is 480 x 800.
    • When saving the image, it has to be a transparent PNG.
    • Email this picture to yourself, view attachment, touch the ellipses (…) on the bottom right and touch “use as wallpaper”
    Things to consider:
    • Any transparencies in the image will be black until the lockscreen is touched or moved up.
    • Will not work on password protected lockscreens.
    • A dark theme is preferable.

    Great idea! I personally use the password lockscreen as I feel it's just that extra level of security, so I wouldn't be able to take advantage of this.
