How do you make a shortcut to power management?

I thought I asked this already but I searched my posts and don't see it. I want to be able to eliminate 4 key clicks to get there since I use it often.

Yeah that would work. Is there another way than what I am familiar with to add a speed dial? I followed the sequence of finding the program or contact and then hitting the right soft key and then selecting ADD A SPEED DIAL. In power management there is no right soft key option. How were you able to add one?

seeing the amount of replies i'm guessing you can't make a shortcut and/or speed dial.. i was thinking of Task Manager.

    sorry bud.

Posting to a dead thread. I am guessing that jammies420 is spamming the forums to acquire some cred so he can post some real spam.

Jammies made 3 posts in an hour then disappeared. Sounds like a potential spambot to me.

SHOOT!!! Toppers I'm here. Sorry I was in my Snuggie its better than jammies sometimes.

When I was editing my homescreen sliding panels to incorporate my own program shortcuts I used this code in the HTCSlidingPanel.xml file that is in Application data/Home.

Sooo... If you are in XML editor creating a CustomPlugin page for the sliding panel, in one of the pages, point the ActionURL and/or SK2URL to

    :MSSettings;PowerManagement.cpl.xml

Check out this forum for more information on how to do the whole custom page part.

Hoping you will be able to do this with the Q. I have a HTC Snap, assuming the sliding panel files are the same on the Q with WM6.1

Here are my Home sliding panel files btw.

My home screen is called HTC Home 2.

    Put HTCSlidingPanel2.home in Application Data\Home

Put icons folder in Application Data\Home

    Put CustomHTCSlidingPanel_320x240.cpr in \windows
