how can i open pim.vol i had some problems with my q so i backed up my pim.vol to sd and then did a reset and copyed pim.vol back to the phone just like i always do but this time my phone froze on start up did a reset and worked fine copyed pim.vol and bam froze phone again so i know my pim.vol is bad i was hopeing i might be able to open it on my pc and try to get my contacts pleas help thanks you guys
that first boot up does take a while. I rename the new one to pimold.vol, then copy the the original one over, then reboot.
