hard reset? i left my saga in my car last night like i do many nights went to make a call through the Bt on the car and it didn't work so i grab my phone to see what was wrong and lo and behold the phone had hard reset itself how is this possible? even if this the touch screen had been tapped a few times the odds of the perfect combo of hits to make this happen seems astronomical has this happened to anyone else? verizon has never heard of this happening but was more than happy to sell me a new phone
