Isn't outbox message just temp. only there till it completes the send. Then they should be in your sent folder on your phone. AS LONG as you've gone to your folders on your phone and highlight the sent folder and hit menu sync. Then it will syng with gmail.

Go back to gmail online and you'll find "Labels" "IMAP/Sent"

it wont let me change some of the imap stuff. I've tried that.

Like..Account type, I cannot edit that. The imap.gmail.com is set... so is the smtp.gmail.com . I've gone and deleted my password and re entered it.

oh well. I'm going to just delete both of the accounts and set them up again.

There is not a Imap/sent "label in the Gmail (online)

From what I can tell, yes the "outbox" is just a temp folder untill it connects to send/receive. They are not moving to the sent folder. Everytime I try to send/receive I allways get that error. but I'm receiving emails just fine.....

if that stuff is in there already, make sure all the boxes are checked.

    wonder what is not right.
May be try deleting one message at a time then hit send again. something is jamming it up.

Just move it to your phone using active sync or the vista version. then just find it on your phone and click on it.
