    .Gif as background?

    Hey Guys, I am looking to have a .gif as my background/homescreen? Is it possible?

    You can use a .gif as a background, but I don't think animated .gifs are supported.

    Yes you can! (with Sprint anyway)

    From the Sprint Moto Q User Guide- TIP:GIF, JPG, and BMP files that you place in the My Pictures folder on your device can be set as your wallpaper.

    Hope this works for your's too!

    Thanks, I know that does work, but I am looking for the .gif to actually move.

    Which it doesn't.

    what the hell is gif89a?
