we're still cranking away on that q9c support per the homescreen plugin, we're working on making an option as to whether you want that added to your homescreen or not. In the ppc version of 6.1 you have the option to move or disable home screen plugins, sadly, for whatever reason, microsoft decided to not have that option available to smartphones, so we've got to step in and add the feature to our app instead. for the person who asked about storage card backup/sync: it's being looked into but is not currently an option. for now it just does the backup of your docs/pics/etc that are on the phone.
i got an email today from them, reminding me to set up my device. is the problem with the Cs fixed yet.

Is it odd that it seems to work so easily with the q9h (other than the occasional device crash during a backup)? but not the q9c?
it's ran fine on q9m's running the stock q9m firmware before as well, it seems to stem from some custom change or file verizon has made to their roms. hopefully our new q9c comes in soon so we can go nuts tearing apart the OS on it to find this.

Well I'm sportin the Q1 and I'm still hung up on the activating screen... Went through and put my information in already which seemed to work just fine as it caught my password being wrong then after the quick fix now its hung on activating... Any suggestions?
Do you mean the original Q? Also, do you have an sms plan and good signal when trying to activate? It currently uses a special sms from our end to activate, though we should be doing away with that in our next release due out soon.
I'm with verizon and yes its the original Q and i have unlimited eveyhing.... any idea? Also my connection was just fine...
Im not sure we can help you with the sad face/smiley problem.. :-P as far as the activation process goes, it sounds like it's not receiving the sms that authorizes it for some reason. could be us or verizon. we should have a release in a few days that doesnt use sms for that process, stay tuned.
My phone has been up and running for 40 hours with heavy texting, lots of emails and lighter than usual (for me at least) surfing the web & down to one bar. With this program running & everything I do that's pretty good up time on battery. Another question, I usually shut phone off at night to charge; will shutting the phone off reset the security alerts? I'm up to about 600 now (& who or what wants to" break into" my phone?...gggrrrrrr) but I don't want to mess up anything you guys have going & if you want, I can charge phone while it's on. Just a habit from the "clam shell" moto I used to have, I guess. Thanks.... PS: And going to be making HS's this weekend & if I have to delete program can it be re-installed OK after I'm done? Any way to disable it without un-install?
