i'm going to call microsoft tomorrow and see who i need to talk to about this situation and hopefully, but very doubtful, that something can be done to resolve this matter.

understand the whole pc thing, but one shouldn't have to sync to the pc just to delete multiple files.

exactly. funny thing is, on my storage card sometimes a folder shows up called deleted files, yet when you delete something nothing ever shows up there.

but, when you delete mail, it doesnt always delete. SKTools proves that.

OK since you guys are so high on Resco Explorer... I'm trying it out and don't see a Recycle Bin, where would that be? And it says free updates for a year... and then what?? and what is there to update??

    menu..favorites...recycle bin!

my old Q used to have a folder named recycle bin under storage card...hmmm..not now.

    updates must be software updates...probably.

Thanks TF... Resco does look good, and a hell of a lot faster when I need to go into the Windows folder!!..... The registry editor is a pretty nice touch as well, even adds the ability to enter your own default entries (whereas PHM does not), wonder if that can be utilized to add Sprint GPS drivers into the Verizon Q9c registry?? ...hmmmmm
