    Facade 2.1 Upgrade

Anyone else upgrade to Facade 2.1? I received an upgrade email. I Upgraded today. Seems about the same. Had to soft reset the Nap a couple of times to get the Facade:Schedule font to show up. Only the options Boxes were showing at first.

Facade 2.1 is mostly a speed/ stability upgrade but with a few new touches

-the analog clock finially works on the home screen

-there is now an easy online theme loader

-it can now support the alarm master plugin (and lists a page with it on the theme page)

    plus several bug fixes.

it is well worth upgrading from 2.0

The upgrade is good...theme uploaded is a goog thing. I have an issue with the way the weather icons(Pocket Weather) are displayed on the stock facade homescreen. They are 'chopped' into a box and appear cropped on the HS. Needs to have a little work done on Pocket Weather compatabillity. Over all great program!

are you using custom weather icons?
with the default i have no crowding issues or cut offs with pw.
i know that is an issue with some of the skins, due to a change with pw. but the only time i had any crowding on the default facade tab was using custom icons that i had sized too large.

edit to include a temporary link:
this is a slightly newer build if it is still available (was at the time of posting)
    http://forums.sbsh.net/index.php?/topic/26763-problem-with-weather-icons/
it is included in a post by tsaylor.
build 5045 vs build 4785 so it's gotta be better right

I would definitely update and see if that takes care of it, I do know there were some facade specific changes made in the newest PW (2.3.1) get the latest if you can if not the 4785 build should help out.

I am still having the issue with the Facade HS display of PW icons. The sides and top are cut off. I am keeping the VGA icons with the install. Could it be defaulting to the Larger icons?

well i was able to duplicate it by reinstalling and using the vga icons.
try going to pw options---weather icons---set the normal icons to qvga
thats as good a guess as any,

I don't use Facade but do use Pocket Weather. Great products and they are having a sale this week.
