I use Outlook - but only because I haven't found a decent substitute - I'm not a fan. I've been using Agendus, both on my Q9c and Desktop (Outlook Plugin), and it's okay. Let's me do much of what I want to do, but it is heavily customized and struggles with Outlook to work properly. I'm always on the lookout for something better.

No "struggles" here at all. Couldn't ask for more on my account. :) -Q

I use Thunderbird with the Lightning plugin and Birdiesync to sync data. I like it much better than Outlook because I can keep my work and personal e-mails and calendars separate. You can choose which calendars will sync on a particular computer. Also, it is a cheaper solution than Outlook because Thunderbird is free and Birdiesync is about 30 dollars.

That's a great alternative, indeed. Thanks for the info. :) -Q

I kind of go at it a different way: one calendar, one email account (except for a throwaway), one task list. I already own Outlook so no additional expense except for Agendus every three or four years when they do a major upgrade.
