Expandable Memory on Samsung Focus

    But why wouldnt any other OS (Android or BB or Original WM) have this confusion?

    Microsoft never really wanted to allow upgradable memory on these phones. Most of the manufacturers put it in but MS has never really tested it. So the reason other phones don't have the issue is probably either a) they store the OS on build on memory and apps and data on the upgradable one or b) they check speed before making any assumptions. I suspect MS will fix this in the near future.
