    End Tasks

Anyone know of a program that will end running processes when you close them? I hate having to go to task manager and 'kill all' when I want to end apps from continuing to run even when I'm finished working with them. Thanks.

The OMM will close them when it decides you are out of memory. I use SKTools to keep it from closing Opera when I lock the phone.

I like to keep things neat and tidy. i don't like programs running in the background when I'm not using them. It seems to use a lot of unnecessary memory. Also, it seems when you go back to messaging for instance it brings you to the last text you sent or read, when I actually want to do something else, then I have to back out of it. Kinda annoying. Any programs to end a task when it is closed?

no there are no programs that will add exit options to programs
WM will shut them down when needed as already mentioned

also if you keep attempting to shut them down by opening another app or task manager you will just waste time and battery life

I always back out of messages after reading them so messaging opens where I want it to. Two presses of the back key does it.

Ok, Thanks guys for the input. I am new to this phone so I'm still figuring it out. I will say that the Windows Mobile platform isn't as 'configurable' or 'usable' as I expected. I'll just keep trying to get the most out of it. Thanks again for the info guys.:dft009:smile
