    I bet that was an amazing feeling for Matsuzaka though. I think (THINK being the key word) that pitchers in Japan don't bat. In any event, it's the first hit of his MLB career and he threw a couple RBI's on the plate to boot!

    Oh yeah just like 2004. In 2004 I was on a ship in the Mediterranean watching the series silently in the wee hours because my Austrailian roommate couldn't understand Red Sox Fever.

    What's scary DrQ is how young those Sox are right now. Only one starter over 35. Wow! Imagine the records that will fall at thier bats.

    And just because your roomie was an Aussie is no excuse for him not understanding Red Sox Fever!
