Borked my Focus

    It's back on it's way. Just received my tracking information. Description of what was fixed doesn't seem to match the problem. Not sure what they fixed, but I guess I'll find out soon enough.


    Original Problem:
    Technical Inquiry
    Call Quality (RX/TX)
    Poor Signal

    Problem found:
    NO VIBRATION
    WARRANTY, REPLACE PART

    Solution:
    Replaced Component

    Up, running and downloaded a ton of apps. Thrilled to be back in action. I'm going to be careful going forward.

    Of course this is no help, but I have had my ATT store do card insertion etc. at the front of the process. Then if it breaks etc. it is on them.
    Since most mfgrs look for physical damage like dropping it, you will probably do OK.
