Have you tried turning off the phone and turning it back on?

I had this once, and after a lot of search found somewhere that mentioned pulling out the SD card to solve it. I didn't believe that would have anything to do with it, but sure enough after I removed the SD card, the Bluetooth started without error. I to this day could not explain why...

Pretty much the only conclusion I was able to come to as well. And I did it....but used sprite backup to restore my phone to the way it exactly was before....only with bluetooth fixed

I just tried taking the SD card out and then starting the bluetooth. If I recall correctly (It has been a while) I had to take out the card, power cycle with the card out and then it would work.

Hello I joined this forum just to reply to this post ;) anywho. I was having the same problem and then I thought about it.... my active sync has to be using my bluetooth to work. I currently do not use me active since so I went into the active since folder and moved it to my documents, which kept it from starting up but if i wish to use it again i can just replace it back into it's old folder after doing so and a soft reset my bluetooth was working perfectly. hope this helps!
