    Adjust sceen brightness?

Has anyone found a way to adjust the screen brightness for outdoor use. I find it almost impossible to read the screen in sunlight. Any help is appreciated.

I have tried everything; sunglasses, shade, holding it up to my nose... the only thing that somewhat helps if you have large white text on a dark home screen. Outside of that I'm just as baffled as everyone else.

    Camera unusable outdoors

The camera and phone are unuasable outdoors on a sunny day. Since I am outside quite a bit it looks like I need to trade in q for a blackberry. Do you know anyone who is interested in purchasing a slightly used q? This is extremely distressing and totally unacceptable! That's like building an airplane that can't fly in the rain!

i turn away from the sun and can see the screen just fine, but if it's a dealbreaker for you put it up in the Market Place forum...

The homescreen idea could be implemented into your current profile. So if you switch to Outdoor profile, the homescreen changes to a readable one
