The whole group should be configured like the first batch, like Q9c and not old Q Silver, correct? That was the main issue.
Now showing as a Q9c! Thanks! VZNav shows in options!
WooHoo!!!!VZNav works again!!!!
WooHoo!!!!VZNav works again!!!! Thank you and Thank your contact!!
any word for the 2nd batch?
I think I was in the second batch.....
I think I was in the second batch.....Have you checked your "My Verizon"?
I have one more phone (existing phone) that after removing from an account gets "not E911" capable message. I think I PMed you the ESN.
The ESN from the first batch is perfect, thanks much for that!
That was the second batch. How many takers are there for the another ones? Also some users are reporting wanting different confgurations now?
I have one (non E911, above) and 3 others. So it would be 4 ESNs from me, if possible.
Did you get my email with the other day I sent over? I think it was 4 more also. Let me know if you didn't and I'll get the details over to ya again quick if there is another batch going in soon. It would be greatly appreciated as always bud.
Yes. The Total Activation Soution apperars to be in place.
Yes, They are finally admitting the Q9n exists.
I even received a call from CS telling me mine was "Good To Go". While trying to provision VZNav thru Tech Support I had several different techs contact me. They informed me that the hold up was in the "billing" part. The last one told me that it was showing up on their end (tech side) as a Q9c but the Billing side (My Verizon) still showed it as a Q. Anyway he said "give me another 48 hrs".....he then mentioned "this phone is actually an A4500 right".
Then yesterday wnrussell posted we were fixed and I received the "Good To Go" call from VZ CS this morning......of course I was already was.
wnrussell rocks - thats all there is to it.....
Activating on Verizon
Woundn't say 'rocks' but that was the idea back around Memorial Day. Painful watching the process take so long.
So if someome wants to put togeter a new MEID new list, I will do it again but I simply can't do this all the coordination again. It was such a PITA the first time
I'll be glad to put the list of MEIDs together and send it to you.
So whoever still needs their MEIDs added, send me PM. We'll keep the list open until next Sunday, August 9th. At that time I'll send the final list to wnrussell.
I checked VZW again and mine still shows up as the silver q.:embarassed:
Did you just go look at your my account? If so that is why it is still the same. Odds are you will need to activate a different phone and then reactivate the Nap again for it to change.
Mine just changed....never took the phone off....
That is weird to say the least. I know one of the guys I got hooked up a while ago with getting there MEID inputted was fine. However at the time his MEID was on the list wnrussell submitted also . Once he deactivated and then put it back it then changed his to display the Silver Q like a lot of the others got when this batch got processed. Prior to him deactivating tho it was displaying as the gray blob and shown a test unit instead of any Moto smartphone, and now he is hosed with it still being a Silver Q last time I talked with him about it. Personally I've never seen the phone type display different without deactivating the device and then reactivating it.
