Access Denied when trying to edit my registry?

So... When I try to change something in my registry, I get an "access denied" message. What gives?

You probably need to unlock your Q. Search for HTCUnlock. You can get it from Big-D's apps page (there's a link in his signature).

my bad guys, apparently i overlooked that HTC Unlock made a shortcut of itself in the Applications folder, so I ran it from there and it worked like a charm! Mobile Registry Editor works now!

Did you find out if it works with VZ phones? Hate to run it and kill my service since VZ locks and disables things.

    HTC Unlock Compatible??

Nope. No one has been gracious enough to answer my question. I guess it wasn't that interesting.

I went ahead and tried it and it worked just fine. Wasn't sure because it's verizon:).

But seems fine. I did a few of the reg changes afterwords as well.

    Thanks
