He won't post because he is not that tech savvy so he doesn't know what half of this stuff is. He doesn't even know how to put 3rd party apps on his phone yet.
this became a known issue rather quickly, as an employee of VZW i can assure you the fix has been pushed out. affected Q9M models were ones that on the serial # tag under the batt, had the SJ code ENDING in DG (not CD)-(ie. SJUG3825CD). if that code ends in DG it needs a software/firmware update ASAP or the problem will persist.
