if you plugged it in right, go to file explorer, it should be in the root directory named STORAGE CARD

    \storage card

Make sure the card "CLICKS" when you push it in. If it is not 100% connected, the Q will not recognize it.

My Q reads my card, but it keeps pushing the sd card out of its socket. The rubber piece that holds it in doesnt seem to be doing a good job, anyone else have this problem too???!!!

DO you have any other devices that can access that card? EG(Card Reader, Digital Camera, Etc) If so, I'd see if you can get a read on the card and go from there.

I had the same problem with a 2GB SanDisk card that I bought from eBay. It would only work in the adapter as an SD card on my laptop. It turns out the card I got was from overseas so that may have something to do with it since I've bought another one from Overstock.com and it works just fine.
