Flex Wallet: keeper of passwords & other stuff you don't wanna forget.
Resco Explorer: muchos better then the build-in File Manager.
Facade: well... just great to extend your screen.
Right Menu: great to have fast access to your favorite things (since i don't use the MRU)
Documents to Go: daily use for work.
MobSync: awesome to sync files w/ pc.

ETA:

QCaps: it just rocks :}

guess i am forgetting some.. oh well :}

do you use MobSync instead of the ActiveSync? whats the difference? is this a freeware program?

how about this FlexWallet... what do you keep in it? again, freeware?

this is not freeware...you keep passwords and account information in it

Facade - already mentioned, multiple calendar entries on home screen
Papyrus - replace the lame built-in PIM
phoneAlarm - ultimate control of alarms and profiles
Orneta Notepad - Text editor for those on-the-go needs.
Total Commander - File explorer and registry editor
FlexWallet - important stuff to remember -- in a secure file

That's all for now.

Facade - Best Homescreen mod IMHO
Papyrus - Keep track of dates and Task
Candlelight - Keep battery running and the backlight more dim than normal.
Fizz Monitor - monitor your battery, System memory, and SD card
PHM Editor - Used to hack the registry on your Q
e-Wallet (Keeps passwords and such secure on your Q)
PocketNester Plus :D Play NES ROMs on your Q
KeyLock.exe - auto locks Q saves battery
