    Steps

    Click on Start
    Settings
    Sounds
    Other Sounds

I'm wanting to add new message tones under New text message: but I only can choose the default sounds only.

Is there anyway we can add different message tones? Thx.

I've put them in both My Ringtones folder and My Sounds folder under My Documents.
    I've tried mp3 & wav files that are about 25kb - 55kb size.

Thanks for looking into this Scott, really appreciate it.
