Remove grey background at the dialing screen

this is probably some basic smartphone homescreen question - guys every time I change the homescreen all of colors do change according to the selected theme except the dialing screen (the screen which shows after I dialed a number and calling somebody). That screen remains always with a grey background which doesn't correspond to the theme and is very ugly.

    any idea on this?

    Dialing or Call Progress Screen?

Are you talking about the dialing screen (which displays when pressing numbers or letters) or the call progress screen (which displays after pressing the Send key)?

On my Q, the dialing screen does respect the color scheme. However, the call progress screen (and many other dialogs like volume control and error messages) use images for their backgrounds, and thus don't respect the color scheme.

However, you can replace the image backgrounds. See the Ultimate Customization thread at Qusers for details.

Hi Steve yes exactly I'm talking about the call progress screen.
But on my new q9 there seem to be bit different file structure and I cannot find the graphic files responsible for the splash-screen Call_In_Progress....

Based on your post in the thread I linked to, it sounds like you found it. You might want to share your results here, too.

P.S. Which Q9 did you get and on what carrier?
