Does anyone know which field in the theme .xml for changing the color behind the Start bar? Mine's grey but I want to see how black looks but can't seem to find where to change that in one of Gadget's .xml documents...Originally Posted by xvicx

OK I finally got around to fixing the line issue w/text and such also oound some menu text were white on white background so fixed that as wellOK so here is my first attempt at a Home Screen, so don't give me too much flack

It is a registry change you need to compile into a .cab file. This still evades me, though I have not really looked into it too much.
it isnt a registry change, I changed it for the Flame theme without touching the registry, when I get home in a few hours I will tell you which one it is
COLOR_BTNFACE changes the start bar color
COLOR_BTNTEXT changes the font color

To get black, it is a registry change. If you are able to get a black start bar without a registry edit. Please let us know how you are doing it.
if he wants it COMPLETELY black then yeah it is a registry change, and fade effect he can do with XML

i just got V2R Phoslick Dialer so i am gonna try to make a slick homescreen for it
