you cant drag and drop or copy and paste directly from a zip file
you need to extract it first to the PC then move it to the Q
moving the entire zip will to the Q will do nothing

Go find your downloaded ZIP file. Extract it (WIN XP: right click>Extract All> follow the wizard. After you extract it, have your Q hooked up and SYNC'd. Copy both extracted files to the HOME folder. To get there. In Active sync, click EXPLORE then it is under APPLICATION DATA under the MOBILE DEVICE
Then after it is copied. find it in the Home screen setup on your Q.
I should have been more specific earlier.
like stated above extract thee files to your pc then copy those files to the home directory on the device.
