That reminds me of a time when I lived in an apartment complex and had half a dozen wireless networks to choose from, and didn't have to pay for broadband for a year...

oh hell no... half the stuff they now do (some do it to be "eLiTe") was started during the bbs "era", way before the internet became the big thing. heck, i logged into a mail server with Telnet to read my email :}

dahling i know you are so very old school at this internet and pre-internet stuff. What I am saying is that "leecher" is a phrase used frequently in other areas too.

Like my brother has been leeching off me for months. Dont mess with that lady she is a leech. Geeze get rid of that hoe bagger shes a leech. That guy right there is a leech if you get involved with him.

oh okay.... i didn't get that (once an aushlander, always an aushlander :} sometimes, for i don't know what reason it just bugs me that some internet "users" act like they came up with all that stuff.... it should not bother me i know :}
