    Wireless Sync

Are you sure about that? Wireless Sync shows up in the Remove Programs settings applet as Sync Client, so I don't think a Master Reset would be required.

I have a far easier way to do this... Not that these haven't been lovely ideas.... However, if you take both phones to where you got the Q.... ask them to transfer all your contacts from the KRZR to the Q.... they will do it for you in about 2 minutes.

I've seen far too many instances where they either didn't get all of the contacts over, or, for some weird reason, ActiveSync doesn't read the copied contacts correctly on a later sync. Those instances involved another phone and the Q, in most cases a VZW Q, but at least one a USCC Q.

    Cellbrite is not perfect!

    The original poster tried that.

I had the phone store transfer them, however their machine jacked the names all up.
So that's why he wanted an alternative.
