Default Sprint WM5 Moto Q Rom

I'm hoping someone can help me,

I bought a new Htc touch pro to replace my Q. I got this screen on the q from letting the battery run down

http://img142.imageshack.us/my.php?image=1001991xu2.jpg

Now that I have a new phone Id like to donate this Q to charity. I took it to sprint but they refuse to put the software back on it due to "moisture" which is a tacky clear substance under the softkeys that looks like it was part of the manufacture. Can anyone point me towards a basic wm5 sprint moto q rom so i can flash it back?

Did you flash it with some type of custom ROM or something? Never seen that screen other that.

Ahh. Ok. Makes sense. The Hard Reset is good idea if he 's trying to get rid of it anyway

No custom rom, All I did was let the battery run out.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...e+mpap&aq=f&oq=

It seems to be a relatively common problem.

Hard reset doesnt work nor does pulling the battery for two hours or motorolas firmware update, ##000000# or a+z a+e a+space z+e etc etc.

This is why I am looking for a version of the sprint rom, ive already been through every trouble shooting technique i could possibly do, even the sprint tech told me so before they refused to flash the device.

I know a ROM does exist, may have to search for Monster Flash Files and RSD lite.

If you have a Sprint Q, that was purchased after June '07 then your phone is a brick. I've had four of things go belly up with the same problem. I did weeks of research and there is no fix.
