(5 month old loves the Q) no water marks on phone or batt. but now the phone thinks (according to the indicator) that its always pluged in & i cant talk on it when it is pluged in. do yall think that the usb port is f'd & i need a new Q or mabey just get a new batt... any ideas...?.?. thx |

| Maybe try using some (non-flamable) canned air to blow the port clean. Or maybe sticking it in a sealed bag of rice for a while. The rice will be very effective in drying the phone out. |

| this happened a few days ago. is their a way to clean the port? im thinkin a Qtip & rubbing alcohol... verizon is sayin its the phone although ive heard around here a new batt fix the prob. i dunno |
