Do you know where I can find a guide that is more in depth than the piece of garbage that came with the phone? I don't have a birdcage, so the original is of no use-course, you already know that!

welcome aboard.... never seen a advanced manual for the Q, that's one of the reasons for forums like this one :}

This isn't an actual user manual but it is the Service Level 2 Manual and schematics from Motorola. I found it useful when taking my Q apart.
