Smile My display is upside down.

Hey all

Im a new Q user with a used Motorola Q. But my problem is that the display on the screen is flipped upside down. One moment it was fine then the next...the screen flipped upside down. I think it might be a combination key command but I could use any ones thoughts

are you serious ? never heard that before.. keeping it the other way is around is not an option huh ? :}

backup what you got and try a Master Reset, nothing else i can think of..

Yea I tried a master re boot with no luck... hopefully someone has heard of this problem.

You'll have to bear with me...Im new to the Q and I dont think I know how to do a Master Reboot.

Need Help

Ok I did that and the Master Reset menu was ALSO Upside down...

haha i wonder if the screen was installed up side down?

did it ever look right?

You do know that the keypad goes on the BOTTOM, right? If it is on the top, try turning your Q around...

Just kidding, I did tech support for a long time and the answer always seemed to be "plu it in".

Where did you get this? Was it NEW or USED?
