yep, you can use that to copy files from the Razr to the pc... but Phone Tools will not work with the Q.

I got that and everything is on there, but still can't get a bunch of my contacts off the razr to my Q its alot of contacts and don't wanna do it manually. Or is it best and just wait and get them exchanged at my carriers store?

i don't believe you can get the contacts out of the Razr with MPT.. i did not have that many contacts in there and at this moment i can not even recall if i synced the contacts w/ my Razr... sorry :]

I don't have MPT in front of me, but there should be a BACKUP option in there that will allow you to backup your contacts in a CSV or PST or something compatible with outlook.
You could also sync with Outlook and then sync your Q with outlook, that should pull everything in.
Let me know, I had a RAZR --> Q and did it, so we will get you there!!!

Are you refering to syncing with the RAZR or Q?
For the RAZR, use MPT and the SYNCRONIZATION option...
For the Q, use ActiveSync or Verizon's Wireless Sync (assuming you are on VZW)
