About LinkBacksI just got my Q today(Sprint)...and I want to do this fix, but I don't see anything about Wireless Sync, or how to disable it. Is this a Verizon specific feature, if not how do I disable it on Sprint? Do I even need to do this with a Sprint one?

My moto no start, only shows this : Motorola Flash Mode

I bought a black Motorola Q in Sept. 07 and am wondering how to tell if this update is already loaded on it. I hate to spend the time doing the update when it won't be something I don't already have.
1. How do I get the firmware version on both the Q and the update, so I can compare them?
2. Is it worth loading it anyway, just in case?

I think there may have been an update that came out after september, but not for sure. If you run the Motorola Software Update program, it will not acutally install the upgrade if you already have it.
