    How can I import contacts from Outlook to Q?

    I used Motorola phone tools to sync my old Razor to my computer. Now that I have the Q it is not compatible with Moto phone tools. I was able to import the contacts from MPT to Outlook but now I can not get them to sync to my
    Q. What gives???

    you need active sync if you have XP and windows mobile device center if you have vista

    I have sync but it won't transfer my contacts. Is there something I'm missing. Are they maybe somewhere on my phone and I just need to add them to my contact list now??

    check the settings in Active Sync.. they should show up in the contact list on the Q without further "work"..

    are you running outlook or outlook express?
    the Q does not sync with express

    now it is saying cannot sync b/c a different profile was previously set up or the profile is password protected. I don't know how to open outlook any differently.
