Help w/ .exe program & NET Compact Framework

I had just ordered the All Mobile Casino game package from THIS site.
I sent the program to my phone and downloaded it successfully.

When I went to open the game, I got the following error:

ERROR: This application (All Mobile Casino.exe) requires a newer version of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device.

Can someone please explain this, how to find and upload the version that's needed? The more detailed instructions for me to follow, the better.
    I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for your response.

    Thank you so MUCH!

Just a little side note for other users in my situation...

I thought this was a Zip file that I had to unzip.
DON'T. I just moved the entire CAB file (no unzipping)
to my Q Storge Card, then located it on my Q and click on it.
It automatically installed. Then I clicked OK for the system to Restart.

    I'm all set.

    THANK YOU n99!
    I greatly appreciate you help.
