calendar won't sync after sprite restore
After mol 3 update, I did a restore from sprite. All of sudden my calendar no longer syncs from or to the computer. If i enter appts on my computer using https://www30.wirelesssync.vzw.com they will never be sent to my phone. Also appts entered on the Q never show up on the wireless sync web page. Does anyone have any idea wht could have happened to cause this.
Also; most of my original appts (before mol update) keep showing up 20 or 25 times as duplicate entries on my Q. This is nerve wracking; and i hate not being able to have appts sent from my computer to the Q wirelessly. That was a big perk with the Q when it used to work

could always master reset and try another restore....and make sure under restore settings you dont have merge selected. A reset wont wipe your mol...

Thanks Treefrog! That does look like what i'm gonna be doing.

Treefrog, one question: do u think it could have anything to do with me having both Papyrus AND the moto q calendar? do those 2 usually play well together?

How do you have both? I thought Payrus "took over" once it was installed...

Sherri: what i meant by 'have both' is that i still go to the Calendar on home screen and enter appts; also i open up Papyrus and enter difft appts. Whichever is quicker to get to i will use. What do u mean by papyrus "takes over"? Do i need to do something to uninstall the Q original calendar ? I don't mind doing this because i can use papyrus for everything; i just didn't know it was doable w/out a hack or something.

you can make papyrus the default calendar within its settings and it will then be the one and only and adopt all appts you had in the Qs calendar....even when i click on calendar under start my third party calendar opens.

make sure you have version 2 of papyrus installed..he old version doesnt take over the stock calender if i remember correctly.

Version 2 is great. However, even with the original version, once I installed it, it became the default. No matter how or where I clicked on the calendar, the Papyrus version took over. It "replaced" the Q's calendar, so to speak. I don't remember having any other options...
