Default battery problem

i have had a moto q for pretty much ever since they came out and its had a problem ever since i've had it with going shutting off even when the battery is fully charged and then it wont turn on unless i pull the battery out and stick it back in. It gets very annoying and i especially notice that it sometimes does this when its cold. Any ideas about what is wrong?

thanks

Welcome to Everything Q!

We hope you enjoy hanging around.
Don't forget--There is a search area at the top of every page and "sticky" posts in different forums. Chances are your answer is already there.

This has been a canned, but very heartfelt, welcome.
