I've been looking into getting a case, and reading all these posts about various cases with interest. I've never had a case, so never really had to think about it. I'm marginally against a holster-style since I don't always wear a belt, and prefer to be somewhat low profile. However, I'm also going to be using the Jabra Bt8010 stereo headset, which has a 2nd detachable earpiece which I'll need to store somewhere when not using it, so I might be swayed into a pouch/holster type as well, just to keep things neat. My main considerations are: thin, durable, screen protection, easy access.

I've got a couple questions:
Does anyone recommend a particular aluminum case (or pros and cons)? I've seen a couple models, on Seidoonline and Monaco, which look pretty good.

Also, can anyone recommend a good (well-stocked, reasonable price) walk-in accessory store in the Oakland, CA region? I went to my local Verizon, but they only had a crappy faux leather sleeve, and some holsters. I'd like to really see and touch the case before buying, rather doing the online roulette route...
