sound issues??? (solved)

ok so i have been ghostin in for a couple months. (not registering but looking through threads) reading posts about people having quiet phone issues. i have a fix after toyin around for a while I noticed that when the back of my phone was off it was way louder!!!!! so i started looking around and found that motorola had put two stickers on the back of the battery cover, covering the speakers what you have to do is remove them both. after you do this though you have to take care of your speakers by cleaning them about once every couple of months depending on how dirty your pockets get. make sure your speaker volume is cranked up by going into settings>profiles>menu>edit. and also hold your side roller down on the side until the volume control pops up and crank it up. let me know if it works out for you! i didnt see a post about this yet so if its a repost i am sorry guys and gals!!!!!! by the way my name is cj and i fell in love with my q after i got the volume control and stickers figured out!!!! plus excuse me for the crappy punctuation and mispelled words if any!!

try it just take your back off your phone before you strip your stickers and hear a song with them still on and again with the back off its like night and day thanks for the welcoming

My Q9c did not have the stickers like yours did.

i appologize this is for the 9m im sorry buddy!!! ill see if i can find a 9c and toy with it as well and keep you updated.

i just looked at a picture of the back of the 9c it looks identicle to the 9m the little slats towards the bottom of the phone covering the speakers is one of the stickers the other one is underneath that grab some thing with a sharp fine point and try to peel up the first one then the second one. ill put a link in here to the picture i i am looking at!!!

now at the bottom of the phone the sticker appears to be a part of the back but it does peel up....

the Q9c & Q9m are the exact same hardware.

ok if they are the same you have the stickers...... im not sure how to post pictures but if you want to pm me your number i would be glad to send you a picture of what my de stickered back looks like compared to the back of yours. or you can take the back off of your phone and look on the battery side of it and see the cuts in the plastic then find something small enough to push through the cuts and help to start peeling the stickers up. or for the third option you can always send me your back and i can desticker is and ship it back!!!!

My Q9c did not have the stickers like yours did.
