I had to turn the console upside down for it to read/play mario bros. Had to do that for a few dreamcast games too

i got the phone to see the card tried to reformat the card the phone froze. rebooted phone same thing saw card and tried to format and it froze. i got the phone to see the card and tried to move something to the card and the phone froze. is there another way to format the card? could wm6.1 be the issue? now it will not see the card at all again. it still shows up on the display but it shows up no where else. i kept getting a message that said the card was poorly formated.
format via pc?
