missing video camera shortcut on multimedia screen

so i have a q9m that i flashed to wm6.1. haven't had any real problems with it. when i would push the red multimedia button before, a screen would pop up with 4 shortcuts for windows media, camera, video camera, and pictures & videos.

now for some reason - unknown if it was caused by some tinkering i may have done one day - all the icons work except video camera. here is what i see now on my multimedia sreen:

also, whenever i go to select this icon, i hear an error chime or beep, then it goes right back to my home screen. any ideas how i can get this shortcut working again?

It is a pretty good bet that some how you deleted the Video Camera.lnk from the root of your ProgramFiles folder. Find the duplicate in the root of your Windows folder...You will need to unhide System and Hidden file to see it. Then copy it to the root of your Programs folder. Good Luck.

I had an easier fix....I just looked around in another Q phone and bluetoothed the file that was missing.
