I just upgraded to 6.1 on my Q9m last night. The problem is that when I send text messages, it isn't received by the other person. It doesn't come back with any error or anything, but sometimes I get a reply from that person with the exact message that I sent them, but they never got it. I tried doing the *228 option 2, but that didn't help. Oh and I CAN receive texts.
