Windows Mobile 6.1 upgrade for Moto Q Global

Those were all the updates I could find for the Q9s. I don't believe the Q9m update is the WM6.1 upgrade because it hasn't been announced yet; so I'm not sure what that update is.

Yeah, I couldn't provide them with my earlier post because I posted while riding on the bus. I checked the link for the placeholder file that ntwrkwizard provided and it is a 55 mb download. I downloaded it and tried to run it on my Vista 64 bit machine, but it will only run on Vista 32 bit, or WinXP. I will attempt to run it on a 32 bit machine shortly.

Edit: When I ran it on a 32 bit machine, it appeared to me an update for the Q9m. The software checked my phone, displayed the IMEI number and gave the message "There is no software update currently available for your mobile phone. Please check back for new releases."

Edit2: Here is the official page that provides the link, the file still is a placeholder. Hopefully we'll have it soon:
