MOTO Q Global Windows Mobile 6.1 Download Available - Update
Windows Mobile 6.1 upgrade firmware is available on the Motorola support site for customers who want to keep and upgrade their current black Windows Mobile 6.0 version.
The 6.1 download will be available 8/15/08.
Windows Mobile 6.1 with enhanced usability, security and information management:
·Supports Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager, whichprovides single-point access to line of business and corporate data such as applications, files and other information located on the corporate network.
·Offers new sliding panel home-screen for one stop access to e-mails, text messages, events, AT&T music and more.
·Allows cut/copy/paste in messaging and browser and more.

We'll have to see. You're not the first one here that has posted info from "ops" on when it will be released. So far, we've heard May, June, July, and now August. Excuse our skepticism.

Although we thank you (tinsider) for the effort, I have to wholeheartedly agree (Xebec) and continue the skepticism of this ever getting released at the rate they have been jerking us around. Granted, this is more specific but having it translate into results is a whole other thing.

I still do not see "AT&T" as an option. I'm aware of the 8/15 date. But you have a post saying it's available? and then say 8/15?
Apparently your link that says "Available" should say "WILL BE Available 8/15"
