Unbranded Q9H

Ok, looking for another Q9h and would really like a new one and found this one on Ebay -

I searched the forum and the best guess I can come up with is that this is possible the Euro version of the Q9H and should work except for maybe no 3G service only Edge as I am using AT&T.

I went brain dead reading all the post and trying to figure it out so I was curious:

Would 3G work on this Phone if available?
Would I be able to install 6.1 somehow as it appears to have 6.0 software based on the picture?

What makes you think it's unbranded? My q9h has no att branding on the face either. But what puzzles me is the "attention att..." blurb that draws attention to the fact that some carriers require W850/W1900...that's 3g in Europe. So that tells me it could be a European model, which if I'm not mistaken means no North American 3g. But I thought European q9h's had wifi and not 3g, yet no mention of wifi so I really don't know. lol. Sorry I couldn't be more definitive.

hey thanks for the help - it was utterly confusing to say the least. i really wanted the phone and still do but just dont want to do it if i am not sure. i even tried to contact the seller and they just referred me to the manufacturer's website.

all the models that i have seen that look like that one have been euro models so i dunno -
